Wy’s all time favorite, POOH!
He walked right up to Pooh all by himself!
Pooh was great…he sucks his thumb too!
After Wyatt got his picture, Pooh grabbed Tante’s arm & posed for a picture, gave her a hug, kissed her hand, then drew a heart in the air & pointed to her! I think Pooh Bear has a thing for Wyatt’s Tante! (lol)

We had such a great time taking Wyatt to Disney for the first time. We weren’t sure what to expect (how he’d like the characters in the costumes, the rides, etc. ) when were planning to go but we were pleasantly surprised about what we found when we got there. Wyatt loved it!!! He kept saying, “I want to go ride rides!”

My mom previously bought the DVD of “The Many Adventure’s of Winnie the Pooh” for Wyatt, because we all loved it as kids & he loves it too! He really enjoyed being able to see Pooh, Tigger, Eeyore, Christopher Robin, etc. but he missed not seeing Piglet (I vaguely remember something about Piglet not being allowed to be with Disney anymore after that Piglet movie came out awhile ago but I forget exactly why)

He really enjoyed the day & the fun souveniors: a Mickey Mouse hat, a Winnie the Pooh doll, a fun Mickey Mouse ball that he picked out, a 1st vist button, yummy giant Pooh bear lolly pop, a Mickey Mouse bottle straw, & tones of pictures & memories!

When we were getting ready to leave Wyatt said a few times, “I no want to leave, I want to go ride rides”. He is so cute.

And if we didn’t know enough yesturday how much fun he had. When he woke up this morning the first thing he said to my mom was, “We going to Disney World today?” lol Too cute! Unfortunately, she had to say no, you get to go on the air plane. So we’re thinking there’s going to be many more visits to Disney to come!

Wyatt is getting so big! His vocabulary is amazing & he’s definitely got his dad’s sense of humor. The kid makes jokes!!! It’s too cute! (I have 14 2 year olds in my class & none of them have the sense of humor like he does! lol) He was just so much fun during his visit! I got to babysit while his daddy was working and he was just blowing me away with how much he says & how he says it!

Here are some cute things he said/did that I have to brag on because he’s just so cute!!

  • One day I took him to the park, just Wyatt & me. When we drove home & pulled into the drive way I said, “We’re here” & he said, “Yeah, that’s the best grandma’s house”. How cute is that! (I don’t know exactly what he meant but it was the cutest unexpected thing!)
  • One night we (me, mom, dad, Wyatt, his dad) were just hanging out at the house and I’m not sure exactly what started the conversation, but Wyatt started going through all the people & animals in the house & telling us if they were a boy or if they were a girl. And he got them all right! It was sooo cute! Even the dogs & cat! lol
  • We were cleaning up the Den where all Wy’s toys are & his wipes were sitting on the floor. As he was cleaning up he picked them up & looked around and said, “Where’s the coffee table?” (we had taken out the trunk we use as the coffee table so there would be more room to play) So funny!
  • It was the sweetest thing to hear him say, “I love you” to me without even saying it to him first.
  • Wyatt & his daddy have this cute game they play together. One of them will start it randomly…Andrew will say, “WYATT” then Wyatt will say, “Daddy” or “Dada”. Then they will go back & forth saying each others names, coping each others intonation & rhythm. It’s sweet!

Well I’m sure I can go on, but that’s enough for now!

Wyatt’s day of arrival!

Wyatt is all smiles & daddy is a little pooped from the drive. We had such a great time with Wyatt. He is just talking soo well! I have some videos of him & I might upload them onto You Tube so that you guys can see!

He’s definitely my brother’s son….he is so funny. He says the cutest things…I work with 2 year olds & none of mine actually joke around. It’s soo cute, he says & does things & then looks to see if you are paying attention & laughing! He’s silly!

Wyatt is also getting so tall. We measured him on the door in the laundry room that we always measure him on. Since the last time he was here (the beginning of June) he’s grown around 3 or 4 inches!

Here are some of the fun things we all did with him while he was here:
we took him to the park, played in the red wagon over @ GGmama’s, went on many lizard hunts (he loves to find lizards!), read lots of books, played with all his toys, had a ton of fun playing & splashing in the bath tub while daddy was bathing him (he would literally ask us while andrew was at work “Splash in the bath with daddy” ), he took good care on grandma’s bearded dragons every morning he had to turn the light on for them & every night he turned it off, he loved playing the piano & singing Twinkle, Twinkle while he & I were playing, he loves to just run around the front yard…Andrew, grandma & I had him out there & he was just running back & forth to each of us, we went on walks in his Jeep stroller, he loved playing running over & seeing grandpa while he was working at the computer, & when grandpa was gone he loved spinning his chair, when megan was over to visit he loved “spinning around & around” with Megan. He kept saying ” 1,2,3 do this” and then spin around! Wyatt also had lots of fun throwing varies things into “his pool” ie. balls, rocks, frisbee! He is just so adorable! When ever I was keeping an eye on him at the house when Andrew & my mom were changing or in the bathroom or something he just had to know where they were he’d say “I wanna go see Dada” or “I wanna go see Grandma” we’d find them & he’d be good! He loves them soo much. He definitely has a really close bond with them both.

I watched him when daddy was at work & he couldn’t wait for him to get home, daddy brought him surprises after work so throughout the day he would tell me “Daddy bring me a surprise!” When grandma worked she’d do the same, he loved it. We had a lot of fun together while they were at work. He was so comfortable, but I do think he felt even better once they got home!

I love home he called me both Jesee & Jessica…he’d switch between the two! How cute! I think he says Jessica better then almost all the 2 year olds in my class and most of my kids are 2 1/2 he says “Jess-i-ca” all three syllables! What a big boy!

Well that’s enough bragging on my nephew for now. Now you have to check out some of the pictures!
